These Terms apply to all purchases and use of Products via the Suarga websites.

Suarga offers Products for sale to customers for their personal and non-commercial use only. Suarga Jewellery reserves the right to not fulfil orders placed by non-consumers or individuals who fail to comply with these Terms.

  1. Who We Are

The Suarga Website is owned by Suarga Jewellery, a company registered in the Kingdom of the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number: 81357435, whose registered office is in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (further administrative detail available upon request, please contact contact@suargajewellery.com).

Suarga multi-brand retailers, partners and stockists have their own terms and conditions. You should refer to those if you purchase Suarga-branded goods and services from them.

  1. Placing an Order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Suarga may accept or decline at its discretion. We may refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons, with prompt notification to you.

Suarga reserves the right to put limitations to the maximum order value in general, as well as during promotions and special sale moments such as - and not limited to - seasonal sale, Black Friday and stock clearance. A promotion can have limitations on how many times it can be redeemed by the same individual or per household.

As a general rule, promotions and discounts cannot be combined with one another, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To place an order, you need to accept the present Terms, our Privacy Policy; and we need to collect the following information from you: your first name, last name, phone number, email address, physical delivery address, payment details, consent to these Terms and any other information that may be required for the fulfilment of your order.

At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to review your order(s), read and accept these Terms, check the total price of your order(s) and the information you have provided, and correct any input errors before confirming your order(s).

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order under these Terms. Each product order is considered a separate purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Suarga Jewellery, which reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason (including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud).

In order to have your order fulfilled, you need to share a valid physical address. Suarga does not ship to postboxes or automated package distribution points. We ship all our orders requiring physical signature to ensure the safe delivery of our products. By placing an order, you accept to identify yourself with a photo ID and your personal signature when prompted by the shipping carrier during the last mile delivery in order to receive your shipment.

You must check and ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order as it may not be possible to change your address before the order is dispatched.

Once you have completed your order(s) through the Suarga online store, Surga will send an email to the email address you provided as confirmation of receipt of the order(s), detailing the specifics of the ordered product(s) (Order Receipt Confirmation Email). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order(s), only confirmation that Suarga Jewellery has received it.

Once Suarga receives your order and sends you the Order Receipt Confirmation Email, Suarga will proceed checking whether the relevant products are in stock. The agreement between you and Suarga Jewellery is only formed once a Shipment Confirmation Email is sent to you confirming the partial or full fulfilment of your order dispensing on the requested products still being available, and the list of products that have been sent to you.

Suarga does not provide a continuously accessible copy of the versions of the terms of sale but includes the applicable terms of sale in the order confirmation email for your records.

Suarga uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of Products you order from the Suarga Jewellery Site. However, Products are made available to purchase on a "first in-first out" basis and are only available while stocks last.

While a product is out of stock, you may have the option to pre-order or reserve it, if presented with that option on the product listing page. If such an option is made available, your pre-order or product reservation will only be confirmed and fulfilled if a payment is made in full.

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, iDeal, Klarna). For installment or “Buy Now, Pay Later” options, you agree to comply with the terms of the respective payment provider.

  1. Prices, Handling, Charges and Taxes

Prices for each product are the prices shown on the individual product information page at the time of the purchase, and will be listed on the order confirmation page, as well as the Order Confirmation Email.

Product prices include VAT and other applicable taxes (applicable for orders within the European Economic Area, or EEA) but exclude shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are based on the delivery address and the shipping method you select during the checkout process. For orders placed from outside the European Economic Area with a delivery address outside the EEA, make sure to read the full detail on how VAT and other applicable taxes will be managed for your order.

Suarga Jewellery is committed to making our fine jewelry and luxury accessories available to customers worldwide. Below, we outline our pricing and tax policies to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Pricing and Value Added Tax (VAT):

    • EEA Customers: For orders placed within the European Economic Area (EEA), all prices displayed on our websites and mobile applications include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the destination country, as required by EEA regulations. The VAT amount will be clearly itemized and collected at checkout.

    • Non-EEA Customers: For orders shipped to addresses outside the EEA, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT by default. If you select a non-EEA shipping address during checkout, any VAT included in the default pricing will be automatically deducted from your order total before payment is processed. Suarga in this case will not collect any VAT or other taxes as part of the regulations of the shipment destination country, and you will be responsible for paying these upon the goods entering the destination country and prior to receiving your order. Failing to pay the required taxes and duties upon import may result in your order being halted by your local customs authorities, or eventually returned to the Suarga as the sender.

  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes:

    • Customers outside the EEA are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local taxes imposed by their domestic tax authorities upon the product’s entry into their country. These fees are not included in the price or shipping costs charged by Suarga and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier at the time of delivery.

    • Suarga is not responsible for estimating or covering these fees, as they vary by country and are determined by local regulations. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing an order.

  • Transparency at Checkout:

    • During checkout, the order summary will clearly indicate whether VAT is included (for EEA orders) or excluded (for non-EEA orders) based on your selected shipping address.

    • For non-EEA orders, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import laws and regulations.

  • Currency and Pricing:

    • All prices are displayed in EUR by default (or your local currency where available, based on your location). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

    • For non-EEA customers, the final price (exclusive of VAT) will be confirmed at checkout, and no additional charges will be applied by Suarga beyond the stated shipping costs.

  • Customs Clearance:

    • Suarga is not liable for delays, additional costs, or confiscation of products due to customs processes or non-compliance with local import regulations. We encourage international customers to verify their country’s import requirements before ordering.

For any questions about pricing, taxes, or international shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@suargajewellery.com.

  1. Payment

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credit card credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment is made using one of the following methods selected during the checkout process: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, iDeal, PayPal, or Klarna.

Depending on the payment method used, payment occurs in one step (iDeal, PayPal), two steps (credit cards) or installments (Klarna).

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress) are authorized at the time of checkout. Approved credit and debit card types are also listed in the footer of the Suarga Jewellery online store. If Suarga does not receive authorization, Suarga reserves the right to cancel your order. The cost of your purchase(s) will be charged to the relevant card once Suarga Jewellery has sent the Shipping Confirmation Email.

For iDeal and PayPal, the amount of your purchase(s) is charged immediately at the time of checkout.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Suarga offers domestic and international shipping. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, once your delivery address has been entered as part of the ordering process on the Site. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend shipping high-value items with an insurance during transit, which may be offered as an option at checkout.

For international orders, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including import restrictions and regulations. Suarga is not liable for items confiscated or held by customs authorities.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days once product availability has been confirmed and payment has been received by 5 p.m. CET on the day you place your order. You will be able to follow the expected delivery date via the notification emails sent by our shipping partners after your order has been registered for shipment.

Suarga reserves the right to use a different courier service at equal or lower costs to deliver your order. If you want expedited shipping, select that option as your shipping method.

Each delivery is preceded by an invoice, which is sent via email.

If you unreasonably delay delivery or hinder receipt of the delivery after Suarga has notified you of an attempted delivery, or if you provided an incorrect delivery address making delivery impossible, the package will be returned to Suarga, and Suarga. is no longer obligated to deliver the products within the delivery timeframe.

If your order is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

For security, we ship all orders -where such option is available- with a signature required upon delivery. You may designate an authorized recipient or provide delivery instructions at checkout, subject to carrier policies. You can do this at your own risk.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Without prejudice to your right to cancel your agreement within the statutory cooling-off period, you may, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Suarga online store, return the products purchased online within fourteen calendar days of receiving the product for a refund of the purchase amount (excluding the initial delivery costs).

All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition, and free of any damage or signs of wear (such as scratches, discoloration, stains and odors).

Used or damaged products due to improper handling or neglect will not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases Suarga may refuse the return or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product, as determined by our inspection team.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless specified otherwise during special promotions and offers.

Return process:

All returns must be made with a tracked and insured shipment.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we require that all returns be sent via a tracked and insured shipping method.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the items during transit until the seller confirms receipt of the complete and undamaged return at our designated facility.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Please retain proof of tracked shipment until the refund is confirmed. For further details or to initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at contact@suargajewellery.com.

Suarga does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order online for up-to-date stock and delivery information.

Items purchased through third parties (e.g., jewellery shops, market places, etc.) must be returned via their respective stores or online channels, not directly to Suarga.

  1. Product Information

We try to ensure that any information, including product descriptions, dimensions and colours, provided on the platforms, in advertisements and catalogues, or supplied by our customer care team, is accurate and complete.

However, we make no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of such information. In particular, any product description and information concerning the weight of precious materials, number of stones and carats, product dimensions, etc., is provided as an indication only and may vary slightly.

  1. Warranty

A statutory warranty applies if the purchased product is defective. If the product(s) are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the product(s) or refund the price paid by you, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the product(s).

In such cases, you may:

1. Demand repair (at your choice, either correction of the defect or delivery of a defect-free product, unless such repair or delivery is impossible or not reasonably feasible); or

2. If repair is not possible, cancel the agreement or reduce the purchase price.

The purchased product is deemed free of material defects if, after the transfer of risk, it meets the agreed quality. If no quality was agreed upon, the product is considered free of material defects if:

  • It is suitable for the intended use as specified in the agreement; and/or

  • It is suitable for normal use and its quality is comparable to products of the same type, and the buyer may reasonably expect such quality given the nature of the product.

Quality includes characteristics that the buyer may expect based on public statements about specific features of the purchased product made by the seller, the manufacturer, or their representative. This includes statements in advertisements or product descriptions, unless the seller was unaware of those statements and was not reasonably expected to be aware of them, or if the statements were corrected in a comparable manner at the time the agreement was concluded, or if they had no influence on the decision to purchase the product.

Upon reception the buyer is responsible for inspecting the products and notify the seller of any potential defects within fourteen days of the purchase date.

Understanding your rights of warranty for gold vermeil:

Suarga sells gold vermeil products. Gold vermeil is a form of gold plating where a thick layer of gold is applied on the surface of sterling silver jewelry. The longevity of the gold vermeil layer and gold color of your gold vermeil jewelry varies depending on several factors including frequency of wear, environmental exposure, care & maintenance, type of use and body chemistry, including individual skin PH, sweat and oil production. Though we designed and created all our products with great care, our statutory warranty does not extend to any plating or gold vermeil layer, which may experience wear, fading, or damage due to normal use, exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfumes, lotions, chlorine), moisture, abrasive surfaces, or improper care. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the plating in accordance with Suarga’s care instructions.

We encourage buyers to familiarize themselves with reasonable general care practices for gold vermeil jewellery, such as avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, or abrasive surfaces and storing pieces in a dry, airtight container to help maintain their shine and quality. Please take the time to learn these care guidelines to ensure the best experience with your purchase!

When not worn, we recommend storing all our products in the jewellery pouches in which the products have been shipped to you. To prevent scratching, do not store multiple products in a single pouch.

  1. Liability

These Terms and Conditions describe the full scope of Suarga's obligations and liability regarding the sale of the products. Suarga is therefore not responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for your intended use.

Suarga shall not be liable, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise, for financial loss (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profit, contracts, business, or anticipated savings), loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation, or for special or indirect losses or damages, consequential damages, or fines of any kind arising from a claim by you and/or a third party, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.

The limitations of liability of Suarga mentioned in these Terms and Conditions do not apply to damages resulting from death or personal injury caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of Suarga or its employees, or for other damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of Suarga or its employees, or for any other liability or obligation that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
