Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we provide international shipping to various destinations. For shipments within Europe, we partner with DHL, ensuring all parcels are sent with tracking and insurance. For deliveries outside Europe, the shipping carrier and costs will be determined based on the delivery address provided during checkout. All international shipments are fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL for European shipments or the designated carrier for international shipments outside Europe) to monitor the status and location of your delivery. If you encounter any issues or cannot locate your tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@suargajewellery.com as soon as possible with your order details. Changes or cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If an order has been processed or shipped, you will need to return it to us and place a new order afterwards. You will need to bear the return shipment costs in this case. 

Does my order need to be signed for?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking and insurance and typically require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. This applies to both European shipments (via DHL) and international shipments outside Europe. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for picking up the parcel at a designated location. Please check your tracking information for specific delivery details or contact our customer service team for assistance.

How can I return my order?
The price has changed after I entered my shipping address - why is that? 

There are multiple reasons that can explain why the price has been updated after you entered your shipping address: 

  1. Different taxes apply: depending on your shipment destination country, different VAT rates may apply. Suarga collects and pays the VAT on behalf of its customers within the European Economic Area; however, for all other destinations, our policy is to sell our products without the applicable VAT in the shipment destination country. The VAT in this case needs to be paid by the buyer, so the price of the products at check-out may appear lower than initially advertised. This is because the VAT payment, along with the obligation to comply with the regulations of the local tax authorities, is being deferred to the buyer. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more details.  
  2. Shipping costs: the expected shipping costs, along with your order summary, will be updated on the check-out page, once you have entered your shipping address. The default location of our webshop is set to Europe, so when placing an order from overseas, you may experience different shipping options and prices applicable to your order. 
  3. Applicability of discounts and promo codes: some of our promotions and discount codes may not be applicable and available for all shipping destinations. If you started your ordering process but changed your shipping address and shipping country before finalizing your order, our website will automatically calculate the applicable taxes, shipping costs and available discounts based on your shipping address. Make sure to double check the terms and conditions specific to all promotions and discounts that you would like to participate in and benefit from to make sure they are valid for your shipping country. 
I would like to customize my order - can you help?

We are happy to help with your product customization request, however, please note that for custom orders longer turnaround times apply with an expected lead time of 6-8 weeks in most cases. Please reach out to us at contact@suargajewellery.com to discuss your ideas! We will be able to confirm the final pricing and delivery date once we know more details on your request.

I made a purchase a few days before a sale; will you price match?

We are only able to honor our sale pricing during the specific time frame as advertised, and don't offer price matching outside of these flash sale times. While we would love to be able to provide a discount for everyone who placed their order before a sale or promotion, we do have to set some guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness to all customers and ourselves as a small business. We hope you understand!

How do I need to care for my jewelry?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt or oils. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or the pouch provided with your purchase to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Keep pieces separated to avoid tangling or damage.
  • Avoid Exposure: Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaners, as exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive sweat can cause tarnishing or damage.
