If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within thirty calendar days of receiving the product for a refund of the purchase amount (excluding the initial delivery costs).

All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition, and free of any damage or signs of wear (such as scratches, discoloration, stains and odors). 

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Used or damaged products due to improper handling or neglect will not be eligible for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Gently clean with a soft, lint- and chemical-free cloth to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and lukewarm water solution, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, as they can damage the rhodium plating and lead to faster tarnishing.
